Il borgo si accende, il vino racconta. Torna l’appuntamento più atteso dell’estate: un viaggio nel gusto, nella storia e nella bellezza.
Dalle ore 19:00 alle 24:00, il Castello di Ambra si trasforma in un percorso incantato dove il vino è protagonista assoluto. Un’intera serata dedicata all’eccellenza vitivinicola con la 6ª edizione di Castello diVino.
23 cantine partecipanti, ognuna con una storia da assaporare e un calice da scoprire, in un’esperienza sensoriale tra vicoli di pietra, lanterne accese e musica dal vivo. Lista delle Cantine >>
Biglietto d’ingresso: 18€, acquistabile direttamente sul posto. Include 23 degustazioni e il calice Carré 53cl, da portare a casa come ricordo di una serata speciale.
Ad accompagnare il vino, 5 punti gastronomici + 1 dedicato ai celiaci per gustare piatti caldi, affettati, formaggi, olio EVO e specialità locali pensate per esaltare ogni abbinamento.
In piazza, spazio speciale per il progetto “OLIONOSTRUM”, dedicato all’olio extravergine della Valdambra, con degustazioni guidate in collaborazione con AICOO e i produttori locali. E per concludere la serata… brindisi sotto le stelle al Wine Bar con lo Champagne Duval-Charpentier, presente con la propria cantina, e il vino esclusivo Caberlot. Il tutto accompagnato dalla voce calda e coinvolgente di Valentina Di Stefano – duo chitarra e voce dal vivo.

The village lights up, and the wine tells its story. The most anticipated event of the summer returns: a journey through flavor, history, and beauty.
From 7:00 PM to midnight, the Castle of Ambra becomes a magical setting where wine takes center stage. An entire evening dedicated to wine excellence with the 6th edition of Castello diVino. 23 participating wineries, each with a story to savor and a glass to discover, in a sensory experience through cobblestone alleys, glowing lanterns, and live music. Entrance ticket: €18, available directly on-site. It includes 23 tastings and a Carré 53cl wine glass, to take home as a special keepsake. Alongside the wines, 5 food stations + 1 gluten-free station, offering warm dishes, cured meats, cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, and traditional specialties designed to complement every sip. In the main square, a special area is dedicated to the project “OLIONOSTRUM”, focused on extra virgin olive oil from the Valdambra region, with guided tastings in collaboration with AICOO and local producers. To end the evening… a toast under the stars at the Wine Bar with Champagne Duval-Charpentier, present with their own winery, and the exclusive Caberlot wine. All accompanied by the warm, captivating voice of Valentina Di Stefano – a live acoustic guitar & voice duo.
